1. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-4 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons or promotions, order processing times might be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the products in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

 

3. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently offer shipping within in Lebanon only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please verify if we deliver to your location during the checkout process.

 

4. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Issues:

6. Order Modifications:

Once an order has been placed, modifications to shipping details may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
